The Ministry of Establishments and Training is a core human resources management of Oyo State government saddled with the responsibility of human capital development, career management situational/Organizational policy reforms, personnel Budget Planning, maintenance of harmonious industrial climate, management consultancy, and pensions matters.  The Ministry of Establishment and Training is guided by appropriate measures to respond to challenges faced in the management of the Public Service.  The Ministry is currently engaged in a comprehensive programme to improve Service Delivery through e-Government and enhanced use of information Communication Technologies (ICTs) and will continue with a number of these strategic initiatives.
