- Weekly Management Meeting holds every Monday at 12 noon in the Ministry Board Room.
- Each Directorate of the Ministry submits the monthly report of activities.
- Pensions and Gratuity Department pays gratuity to the beneficiary (Pensioners) on monthly basis.
