At our ministry every unit and department is saddled with various objectives to ensure smooth running of the ministry as we serve the public. 

Training Plan

To develop a comprehensive training plan and curriculum for each grade and cadre of the Oyo State Public Service.

Identify Training Needs

To identify the training needs of all categories and cadre in the Oyo State Public Service.

Objective Evaluation

Introduction and administration of objective evaluation instrument (Prep-Test/Post-Test Techniques, Physcometric assessment forms during workshop/training) to statistically determine policy progress.

Training Courses

To design and implement relevant courses in area of training needs in collaboration with consultants.

Skill Development

To sponsor Officers to Professional Skill Development and Managerial Conferences and Workshops to update them on the latest techniques according to their various needs.


Taking responsibility for control and posting of Centrally Deployed Officers such as Executive Officers (General Duties), Confidential Secretary, Secretarial Assistant, Store Officer/Keeper/Assistant, Data Processing Officers and Assistants as well as Messenger, Catering Officers and Clerical Officers.
